后结构主义视域下的教育分权运动——兼论对我国教育行政体制改革的启示

摘　　要：本文以后结构主义视角分析世界教育行政改革的热点问题—教育分权运动,运用福柯的话语和权力理论阐释权力下放的难度和成效,权力下放需要打破旧话语体系,摆脱权力的控制;论述教育市场化的弊端,市场化使教育话语体系发生转变,教育价值沦丧;最后提出对我国教育改革的几点建议。The article analyses the movement of education decentralization from the perspective of post-structuralism and uses the theory of discourse power put forward by Foucault to elaborate the drawbacks of market-oriented education.Based on the elaboration,the article puts forward some suggestion about education reform in China.
