论研究生德育与本科生德育的衔接

摘　　要：德育衔接是指德育在各个阶段中呈现的有机连接和持续发展,它不但与前一阶段保持联系而且是一个超越,使整个德育过程呈现系统性、阶段性、层次性和发展性。但目前研究生德育与本科生德育衔接还是德育衔接中的一个薄弱环节,有待加强理论研讨和实践探索。Connection of moral education refers to the organic integration and sustained development of moral educa-tion in different periods.It not only connects the moral education in the previous period but surpasses that,con-tributing to the systematic,periodic,stage and developmental features of moral education.At present,the research on the connection of the moral education in undergraduate and post-graduate periods is weak and needs to be strengthened.
