摘　　要：本文通过问卷调查的方法,对调查所得数据运用SPSS13.0软件统计进行分析,得出了我国当今图书馆员组织承诺的实际水平,进而又从年龄、学历、职称、职务、地区、馆型、收入、性别8个影响因素的角度,分析和探讨了当今图书馆员群体的组织承诺状况,希望能够为相关决策和继续研究提供参考。By quantitative research this paper tries to examine the level of organizational com- mitment of contemporary librarians by using the statistic tool SPSS13.0.Some significant conclusions are drawn from this questionnaire survey on the 8 aspects:age,educational background,profession- al title,job title,area,type of library,incomes and gender.The study could be as a reference for related decision making and further research.
