摘　　要：本文论述了英语中表示不同颜色的词都各有其习惯用语,其中有的颜色词已失去了其本意,简单的对比了英汉两种语言中颜色词的差异,以便英语初学者不仅要注意英语颜色词词义表面意思,还要深层了解并掌握其内涵。This essay discusses difficult color terms have their own idiom in English and some even have lost their original idea, and compares the difference of color terms, in order that English learner can not only pay attention to the original idea, but they can also understand and grasp the deeper meaning of the color terms.
