摘　　要：介绍了大角度离子注入机控制系统的功能,重点介绍了系统的总体设计和控制模块的设计、主控计算机与子控制器之间的通讯以及控制系统的软件结构设计等。经实验证明,该控制系统稳定、可靠。The function of the large tilt ion implanter control system is presented. The emphases were on the design of the control system and the control module, the communication between the host and the sub controller and the structure design of software. The ion implanter control system runs steadily and reliably.
