摘　　要：随着我国高等教育的扩招,高职院校的学生人数逐年增加,学生思想政治教育的任务加重,辅导员工作显得日趋重要。现今高职院校的辅导员都是刚出校门的青年人,教育工作经验不足,加强青年辅导员的师德师风建设刻不容缓。With the increasing enrollment number of China's higher education,students in vocational institutions increase every year.The task of ideological and political education increases,counselor work becomes increasingly important.Nowadays,counselors in vocational institutions are youth just out of school whom are lack of work experience,thus,the task of strengthening youth counselors' ethics and ethos construction is urgent.
