摘  要:课程改革的成败归根结底取决于教师,优秀的教师使人的生活更有生机,并赋予个体发展能力。教师如何提高自我专业发展的意识和能力,以便更有效地促进学生全面、健康、和谐地发展,是基础教育面临的一个迫在眉睫的问题。师范院校要审时度势,因势利导,积极推进基础教育课程改革,加快教师专业发展,着眼点在于教师成长范式的转换。Essentially the success of course reform depends on the teacher. The outstanding teacher makes life vigoros, and endues individuals with developing ability. Thus, it is extremely urgent for basic education that how the teacher enhances awareness and ability of the self-career development to effeciently promote students to develop in an all-round way, healthily and harmoniously. The normal colleges and schools are aiming at sizing up the situation, leading correctly, advancing the reform of basic education course positively, and speeding up the teacher career development, but it is most important to transform the teacher's growing up normal form.
