摘　　要：遵循与时俱进的思想,结合改革发展的时代要求,根据育人环境的变化、教育对象的变异,提出了辅导员创新能力自我培养的思想内涵、培养途径。According to the thoughts of progressing with era, the requirements of development, the changes of environment and students puts forward the intension and methods to train innovation ability for instructor.
