摘　　要：给出的类似于单复变数Rouche定理是利用拓广的Bochner Martinelli积分表示为基础,即在同一假设条件下的两个不同的积分表示式的基础上,在引入了Rouchner Martinelli;积分核、简单零点、非常点等概念的同时,还引入了相关的引理及定理.以这些条件为基础引入了en空间中的Rouche定理。Based on the extended BochnerMartinell integral expressions, i.e.,two integral expressions under the same hypothesis, Rouche Theorem similar to that for simple complex variables was given. Besides the concepts of RouchnerMartinelli integral, integral kernel, simple zero point and special point, their related lemmas and theorems were introduced, on the basis of which, Rouche Theorem in Cn was given and proved. 
