摘　　要：本文明确提出了高等教育,特别是高职教育的办学指导思想———大系统教育观念,并对其形成与发展,进行了历史性考证和理论依据的分析,同时,对其内涵特征及价值,做了较为深刻的整合与昭示。This thesis puts forward a general systematic education theory,a guiding theory in the opera tion of higher education,especially in higher vocational education and gives an analy sis on the theoreti cal ba-sis and a his torical research on the formation and develop ment of the theory.At the same time ,the in ten-sion and characteristics are also com paratively deeply illuminated and synthesized.
