摘　　要：文章就知识经济社会我国继续教育改革与发展的动力和基础进行了分析,指出我国继续教育体制、教育方法和教育内容在市场经济和网络时代的改革与发展方向。This article analyses the momen tum and foundation of the reform and development of Chi na's continuing edu cation in the knowl edge-based economy society,points out the orientation of the reform and develop ment of China's con tinuing ed ucation mechanism,teach ing approach and con tents of education in the age of market economy and in ternet era.
