摘　　要：在课程改革的大环境下,新课程标准的实施,对师范院校培养师资人才提出了更高的要求。我们必须探索创新教育模式,以更有效的方式完成对师范生的素质培养,为新时代的中国教育事业输送全面发展,素质过硬的合格教育人才。Under the environment of curriculum reform,implementing the new syllabus is the higher demand for cultivating the student in a normal college who will be a teacher.We must explore a new creative educational mode to foster the students in normal colleges in a more effective way in order to provide the qualitied talents with all-round development and excellent quality for Chinese educational cause of the new era.
