摘　　要：本文介绍了牛乳中抗生素的来源,抗生素残留的检测方法,提出加强宣传教育、严格奶源管理、完善检测手段、制订相应标准等控制措施,以杜绝抗生素残留,保障人畜健康。This text has introduced the source of the antibiotic in milk, the detection method that the antibiotic remains, propose the control measure of strengthening propagation and education , em-forcing the management on milk source , perfecting detection means , making the corresponding standard etc., in order to stop the antibiotic remaining , ensure people and animals to be healthy.
