摘　　要：本文主要从大学新生的适应性教育与引导、理想信念与奋斗目标教育、专业思想与综合素质教育等三个方面,谈加强高等学校新生的教育与引导工作。New students at colleges and universities are faced with the new environment and have many new problems and new demands.To help the new students adapt to the new study and life in colleges and universities as soon as possible and to establish new struggling objective,this article discusses the reinforcement of the education and guidance work for the new students at colleges and universities mainly through the following:adaptability education and guidance,ideal.faith and struggling objective education,speciality thinking and synthetic quality education.
