摘　　要：针对三本层次计算机专业,提出了专业素质教育的内涵;对于如何实施素质教育提出了科学的切实可行的方案,该方案实施近二年多时间,其效果是明显的。In view of the third level undergraduates majoring in computer science, this article puts forward the inner connotation of professional quality education as well as a scientific and practical plan on how to supplement quality education. This plan has been carried out for almost two years. And its result is obvious.
