摘　　要：随着课程改革的推进,需要针对新的教师职业技能要求改革原有的培养模式。本文从师范生教师职业技能培养现状,围绕培养目的要求、课程体系、内容和方式等几方面提出构建新的教师职业技能培养模式。With the advance of curriculum reform,it is necessary to reform the original training model,according to the new functional requirements of teachers.On the basis of the present situation of normal college students vocational skills,focusing on training requirements,curriculum system,content and methods,this paper puts forward to build a new model of teacher professional skill develoment.
