摘　　要：21世纪是创新的时代,创新的时代需要创新的教育。而目前我国高校在培育科技创新人才方面仍存在诸多问题。要改变现状,营造创新性环境、建立创新性制度和树立创新性自我的意识不失为高校培养和激励科技创新人才的三条有效途径。21 st century, an epoch of innovation, demands creative education and creative teaching staff. Based on the drawbacks in fostering creative technological talent in Jiangsu University, the article puts forward three counter measures, i.e., providing favorable environment, setting up proper regulation and highlight teachers' selfawareness so as to stimulate creativity in university technological personnel.
