摘　　要：努力提高教学质量是高等院校生存和发展的关键。在保证加大教学经费投入的基础上 ,创建激励导向的函授教学质量保证体系势在必行。本文从师资建设、教学管理、教学改革、教材建设和校风、教风、学风建设等方面进行分析探讨。Improving the quality of education is essential for colleges and universities to grow and develop. With an increasing financial input in education ensured, it is imperative to establish an encouragement mechanism to guarantee the quality of correspondence teaching. This paper discusses various aspects in the establishing efforts such as optimizing the teaching staff, carrying on teaching reforms, renewing teaching materials and improving the administering, teaching and learning styles.
