摘　　要：教师职业道德是教师从事教育工作时必须遵循的各种道德规范的“总和”。加强教师职业道德建设是“科教兴国”的战略要求,是素质教育的呼唤,更是人民教师的立教之本。本文从教师职业道德的前提、灵魂、基础、特征、关键等方面来谈谈加强师德建设的重要性。Teachers' professional ethics is the sum of all kinds of rules and regulations, which must be obeyed by all the teachers. To strengthen the teachers' professional ethics is the strategy requirement of 'developing the country by means of science and educations', the call of quality education and the founda-tion of education. This article is to focus on the importance of strengthening teachers' ethics in terms of the prerequisite, the soul, the basis, the characteristic, and the key to the teachers' ethics.
