摘　　要：对体育院系在校学生的考学动机、入学后学习动因,以及对未来工作的期望等问题进行调查研究,旨在为今后的深化教学改革,培养社会所需人才献计献策。This article makes an investigation and study on the motives of college students in P.E. institutes for the driving forces after their enterance and their ambitions to their future jobs.The aim of this article is to deepen the educational and teaching reform and to make suggestions on how to cultivate more talented people to meet the needs of our society.
