摘　　要：教师队伍的质量决定了高等职业技术学校的发展水平。高质量的教师队伍要求教师有高的素质 ,人人都能最大限度地发挥其能力。欲达此目标 ,高等职业技术学校教师队伍的管理必须体现以教师为本的思想。The quality of teachers determines the development of vocational colleges and polytechnics The teachers of high quality should be those who not only have high quality but also give their full play Therefore vocational colleges and polytechnics must take the teachers as the foundation of development From this point,the paper discusses the theory and principle when managing the teachers
