摘　　要：20世纪末灵商理论的出现使人们对人脑功能有了进一步的认识。该理论认为,灵商是大脑的一种用于提出和解决关于意义与价值问题的能力,使人能够根据情况考虑是否转换情境、改动规则、进行丰富多彩的创造活动。灵商是智商和情商有效运转的必要基础,是人类的最高智力。培养灵商有助于成人找回迷失的自我,建立人生的支点,争取成功的职业生涯。我国的成人教育可以借鉴灵商理论,开发灵商培养课程,为成人教育开启新的"智慧"之窗。Emerging at the end of the 20th century,the theory of spiritual intelligence(SQ) has brought up more knowledge on human′s brain.According to the theory,as a form of intelligence,SQ enables people to address and solve problems of meaning and value,and allows them to consider whether to adjust contexts,change rules or engage in creation activities in light of concrete situations.SQ is the necessary basis for the effective functioning of both intelligence and emotional intelligence,and it is human′s ultimate i...
