高职院校机械制造专业课程体系建设研究

摘　　要：面对企业管理对员工能力要求的提高和机械制造技术的不断创新,高职院校机械制造专业高素质技术应用型专门人才的培养,按"任务"完成情况和能力要求选择课程内容;建立"专业+车间"的人才培养模式;构建"以作业流程"为导向基于工作过程的课程体系是必然的选择.To face the improvement of the staff competency requirements,the continous innovation of the mechanical manufacturing technology and the requirements of the high quailty applied talents in machinery manufacturing of the higher vocational colleges.According to 'task' finishing performance and the capability requirements to choose course content.Established the training mode of the 'professional + workshop'.Set up the course system of the working process according to the work flow.
