摘  要:实用技能的培养是学生顺利就业的关键.课程改革应以培养学生综合能力为出发点,强调教师的角色转换,突出教学是师生交流、互动的过程.结合数控加工编程与操作课程的性质和要求,在教学过程中转变学生的学习方式,建立新型师生关系,改革课程教学内容,重视过程考核等,是高职高专数控加工编程与操作课程改革的有效途径.Overall quality of the training is the key to successful employment of students,curriculum reform should be to foster their comprehensive ability as a starting point,Emphasis on teachers role change,highlighting the teaching is teacher-student communication,interactive process.In this paper,NC programming and operations nature of the courses and requirements,changes in the process of teaching the way students learn,establish a new teacher-student relationship,reform the curriculum and teaching content,attention to several aspects of the process of assessing teaching,the effect is significant.
