摘　　要：本文从高职院校毕业生的就业现状来进行分析,论述以就业为导向,以社会需求为目标,进一步提高高职院校学生综合素质的意义、方法及对策。The article analyzes the employment status of graduates students in vocational school,the discussion is employment-oriented,the needs of society as the goal,the significance,methods and strategies to further improve the overall quality of students in vocational colleges.
