摘　　要：诊所法律教育的目标是多元的,但只强调律师执业技能学习而忽视职业道德教育的教学是偏离诊所教育本意的。法律诊所课程的案件选择,教学内容的设计和指导,以及诊所课程的质量控制,都应始终贯穿和蕴涵着律师职业道德教育的内容,并以其为首要目标。The goal of clinical legal education is multiple,but only emphasize a lawyer's practice skill learning and ignore the professional ethics education teaching is offset clinic education intention.Legal clinic courses selection,teaching contents in the case of design and guiding and clinic courses quality control should be throughout and contains a lawyer's professional ethics education,and the content of with its top target.
