对“卫生法学”学科建设的几点思考

摘　　要：卫生法学是一个独立的二级法学学科,卫生法律部门是一个相对独立的法律部门,卫生法律关系是一种相对独立的法律关系.卫生法学已初步具备独立的研究对象、概念系统和理论体系,已经满足法学二级学科的构成条件.但要真正成为法学二级学科,还需在学科建设方面多下功夫.Hygiene law is a separate sub-discipline，the department of hygiene law is comparatively a sepa-rate one and the hygiene legal relationship is relativel separate．Although hygiene law has been equipped with preliminary conditions to form the sub-discipline，we should pay extra effort to direction-compaction，team-inte-gration，scientific research，achievements and scientific demonstration．
