科学发展观与玉溪城乡义务教育的均衡发展

摘　　要：解决区域内义务教育均衡发展是当前各级政府和教育主管部门面临的工作重点和难点问题。从科学发展观的要求出发,义务教育均衡发展要求在加大经费和政策投入的同时,强化教师素质,统筹教育资源,建立城乡联动机制,大力推进教育信息化进程。Balanced development of compulsory education is a major and challenging issue for governments and educational departments at various levels.Under the guidance of Scientific Development Outlook,a balanced development of compulsory education calls for further fund and policy investment,enhanced efforts in raising teachers' qualities,overall planning of educational resources,linage mechanism between the urban and rural areas,and a greater push in the information process of education.
