摘　　要：在正交平衡区组具有正交性的基础上,利用正交表的构造方法,基于区组变换、交换和增列等构造技术,提出三种新的正交平衡区组替换构造方法.分析显示,新构造的区组具有组内正交性和平稳性,且区组设计是饱和的.算例表明,利用正交平衡区组的替换构造设计,可明显减小实验次数.Based on the orthogonal basis of orthogonal balanced block designs(OBBD),the three novel design procedures about replace construction of OBBD are introduced using the stucture method of orthogonal arrays.Some new OBBD are obtained through replace construction technologies,such as columns conversion,exchange and addition,application to block designs.The analysis shows that the new OBBD is orthogonal and balance,and block designs is saturated.The results of some examples show that the test frequency was obviously decreased through the replace construction designs of OBBD.
