摘 要:基于天棚阻尼控制原理的阻尼连续可调式半主动悬挂系统由4套阻尼连续可调式半主动减振器、2个两轴加速度传感度和1套检测、控制及故障诊断系统等组成。利用车辆系统动力学仿真分析软件UM,建立某型高速列车的虚拟样机模型(包括二系横向被动状态和二系横向阻尼连续可调式半主动悬挂状态),分析高速列车二系横向采用阻尼连续可调式半主动悬挂对改善车体横向振动性能的效果,从而确定天棚阻尼系数取150kN·s·m-1比较合适。为了开展阻尼连续可调式半主动悬挂系统样机的台架性能试验,采用软件UM建立了样机的简化试验台架仿真模型。5个试验工况下的台架性能试验结果表明:与被动悬挂相比,半主动悬挂下的车体加速度均方根值改善了19.8%~37.8%,车辆运行平稳性指标改善了8.1%~15.0%,说明高速列车二系横向采用阻尼连续可调式半主动悬挂系统可以实时切断加速车体横向振动的阻尼力和实时提供衰减车体横向振动所需要的阻尼力,从而提高高速列车的横向运行平稳性。The sky-hook control theory based continuous adjustable damping semi-active suspension device(CADSSD) is composed of 4 sets of continuous adjustable semi-active dampers,2 double-axle accelerometers and a set of testing,control and fault diagnosis system.The prototype model of a high-speed train(including secondary lateral passive and secondary lateral continuous adjustable damping semi-active suspension) is set up with vehicle system dynamics simulation software UM.By analyzing the effect of the secondary lateral continuous adjustable damping semi-active suspension device on improving the lateral vibration performance of the carbody,the value of the sky-hook damping coefficient is determined as 150 kN·s·m-1 to be more appropriate.In order to carry out the bench performance test of the prototype of CADSSD,the simplified bench test simulation model is set up with UM software.The bench test results under 5 testing conditions show that the RMS acceleration of the carbody with semi-active suspension is improved 19.8%~37.8% compared with passive suspension.The ride comfort index of the train with semi-active suspension is improved 8.1%~15.0% compared with passive suspension.It is pointed out that high-speed train with secondary lateral CADSSD can cut off the damping force for accelerating the lateral vibration of the carbody and can provide the necessary damping force for attenuating the lateral vibration of the carbody in real-time,thus the lateral ride comfort of high-speed train can be improved.
