摘 要:重载铁路道岔的不均匀刚度势必加剧轮轨相互作用,影响列车运行稳定性的同时引发严重的道岔部件伤损。在充分考虑扣压件、铁垫板及板下胶垫、钢轨类型、滑床台等影响因素的基础上,应用有限元法建立了75 kg/m钢轨12号固定辙叉单开道岔的轨道刚度计算模型。轨道刚度分布规律的分析结果表明,道岔横向和纵向均存在较大的刚度不平顺。为消除这种不平顺,探讨了均匀道岔轨道刚度分布的扣件刚度设置方式,在采取相应均匀化措施后,直、曲基本轨下整体刚度沿线路纵向基本呈水平分布。运用超弹性有限元方法对固定辙叉重载道岔的板下胶垫进行设计,优化方案既保证了胶垫强度又便于刚度调整的实现。Uneven stiffness of heavy haul railway turnout will aggravate the wheel-rail interaction,which not only results in the reduction of train's stability but also causes severe damage on the turnout components.Based on the consideration of such influence factors as the fastener,iron baseplate and rubber pad under the rail baseplate,rail type,sliding plate,etc.,finite element method(FEM) is adopted to establish the track stiffness calculation model of No.12 single turnout with fixed frog in 75 kg/m rail.Analysis result of distribution rules of track stiffness shows that there are bigger lateral and longitudinal stiffness irregularities in the turnout.In order to eliminate these irregularities,this paper researches into the scheme of fastener stiffness that can homogenize the turnout rail's stiffness distribution.After using relevant homogenization measurements,the integral stiffness beneath the straight and curve stock rails along track's longitudinal direction presents the horizontal distribution mainly.By using super-elastic FEM,the rubber pad under the rail baseplate in heavy-haul turnout with fixed frog is designed.As a result,the optimized design scheme not only can ensure the rubber pad's strength but also can be convenient for stiffness adjustment.
