摘　　要：提升高职学生就业能力需要政府、学校、学生多方共同努力才能取得成效。政府部门应通过提高服务意识帮助学生提升就业能力;高职院校应通过教育改革促进学生提升就业能力;高职学生应通过学校资源加强综合素质,促进就业能力提升。A combined effort should be made to promote employment ability of vocational college students.Government departments should enhance their service consciousness to help students improve their employment ability;higher vocational colleges should promote employment ability of their students by educational reform;vocational college students should strengthen their comprehensive quality through school resources to improve employment ability.
