后世博效应下的高职院校师资队伍国际化建设

摘　　要：后世博效应下,长三角地区国际化趋势、企业转型升级、区域人才频繁流动给高职院校的建设带来挑战。通过对高职院校教师国际化状况分析,指出要通过加强国际化的教育观念、加强国际化人才引进与输出、建立国际化的教师管理体制、建立灵活的国际化师资培训体系等举措来不断提高师资队伍国际化水平,以建设一支符合区域经济发展需要的高水平师资队伍。Under the effect of Post-Expo,trend of the internationalization in the Yangtze River Delta region,business transformation and upgrading,regional frequent flow of personnel bring challenges for higher vocational college construction.Based on the international status of teachers in higher vocational colleges,points out that through strengthening the international education concept,strengthen the internationalization of talents introduction and output,establish international teacher management system,establish flexible internationalization teachers training system and other measures to improve teachers' level of internationalization,in order to build a high level of teaching staff consistent with regional economic development needs.
