摘　　要：反思型教师是指能够在教育教学实践中,以研究和批判的态度对自我行为表现及其行为之依据进行检查、评价、修正,进而不断提升教育教学实践合理性和自身素养的教师。反思型教师的培养不应只发生在在职教师身上,职前教育也很重要。从整体层面来把握,反思型教师的职前培养既关乎德性,也关乎理性;既涉及课程,也涉及教学。Reflective teachers is the one that they can treat self behavior with study and critical attitude,and base on the basis for inspection,evaluation,correction,and continuously improve education teaching practice rationality and their own quality.The training of reflective teachers should not only occurs in the in-service teachers,pre-service education is also very important.From overall level to grasp,reflective teacher's pre-service training is not only related to moral,but also the rational;both courses,also relates to teaching.
