摘　　要：建立测定葡萄酒中柠檬酸含量的高效液相色谱法。采用强阴离子交换固相萃取柱净化葡萄酒样品,甲醇+0.1%磷酸溶液(1+99)为流动相分离样品,二极管阵列检测器检测。结果表明,此法有很好的重现性,有效消除了样品中其他组分对目标峰的干扰,分离度好,线性范围宽,可用来准确分析葡萄酒中柠檬酸含量。Determination of citric acid content in wine by high performance liquid chromatography.Using strong anion exchange solid phase extraction column for purification of wine samples,methanol +0.1 % phosphoric acid solution(1+99) as the mobile phase separation of samples,diode array detector.The results show that,it has good reproducibility,effectively eliminates sample in other components on the target peak interference,good degree of separation,wide linear range,can be used for accurate analysis of citric acids content in wine.
