摘　　要：教学技能是教师最基本的职业技能,培养师范生的教学技能是实现师范生从学生向教师角色转化的重要环节.随着新一轮基础教育课程改革的推进,高等师范院校应切实加强师范生教学技能培训模式的建构,以适应新课改对未来教师的迫切需要.Teaching skill is the fundamental professional skill of teachers.Cultivating normal students' teaching skills is the key point to realize normal school students' transfer from students to teachers.With the advancement of new courses reform of fundamental education,higher normal schools must strengthen the construction of teaching skills training mode for normal school students to meet the requirements of new courses reform,which can be analyzed from the following three parts,training object,training mode and training measures.
