摘　　要：师范院校肩负着培养中小学合格师资的重任,必须与基础教育改革相适应,加强高师生教师职业技能的培养,是师范院校培养全面发展的合格的人民教师的中心任务和重要环节,在专业教学的课题上融入对高师生教师职业技能培养训练具有重要的现实意义.Higher normal schools undertake the task of cultivating qualified teaching staff for primary and middle schools so that they must be in line with the reform of fundamental education and strengthen the cultivation of teachers' professional skills of higher normal school students,which is the central task and key part of cultivating all-round qualified teachers.It is of great significance to combine the cultivation of teachers' professional skills with specialty teaching.
