构建高职院校教师教育文化的思考

摘　　要：中师升格为高职院校后教师教育文化面临着许多挑战,影响了文化传承。高职院校教师教育文化构建应突出师范性,加强校园精神文化建设;强化学术性与师范性统一,进行教师教育课程建设;突出实践性,强化教师职业技能训练;突出示范性,加强校园物质文化与制度文化建设。After secondary normal schools were upgraded to vocational higher education institutions,teacher's education culture is faced with many challenges,which influences cultural transmission.The construction of teachers' education culture in vocational higher education institutions should highlight the normalization,to enhance the construction of campus spiritual civilization;strengthen the unification of academic and normalization and build up teachers' education courses;highlight practicality and reinforce the training of professional teaching skills;highlight its demonstrative role and strengthen the construction of campus material civilization and regulation civilization.
