摘　　要：针对现阶段高等院校毕业生实践能力弱、就业形势差等热点问题。以"厚基础、重能力、校企联合"为总体思路,确立"做实做强"的指导思想,探索了应用化学专业实践教学企业参与模式,从实践基地建设、培养方案、培养目标、师资队伍建设、顶岗实习运行机制和评价体系等方面作了探索性研究与实践。Aiming at hot issues that universities and colleges students are weak in practical ability and the employment situation,the paper explored applied chemistry practice teaching mode of enterprise participation,taking deep foundation,attaching importance to ability and college-enterprise cooperation as the general idea,establishing the guiding ideology of being practical and getting strong.And it did exploratory study and practice through these aspects of practical base construction,training plan and target,teaching staff construction,internship operating mechanism and evaluation system.
