摘　　要：本文通过总结近两年来白城师范学院物理实验室管理体制的优缺点,探讨了在加强实验室建设的基础上,对实验室规章制度及实验教学,实验教师队伍进行管理的一些益处及方法,讨论了实验课程的教学目标是教学实施的基本原则,在此基础上还应加强实验室的安全管理等.This paper summarized the advantages and disadvantages of laboratory management system in Baicheng Normal University in the past two years,probed into some benefits and methods for laboratory regulations and experimental teaching,and the teaching body based on enhancing the construction of laboratory,it also discussed that the teaching aim of experiment course is the basic principle to teaching practice,and on the basis of this,safety management of laboratory should be strengthened.
