摘　　要：加强内科病案讨论,充分做好病案讨论前期准备工作,做好后续总结工作,尤其重视、改善、优化病案讨论各关键环节,可提高学生临床思维能力,不断提高教师临床思维训练教学水平。Strengthening discussion of the internal medicine medical record,making the preparing work in earlier stage of the medical record discussion fully,doing well the follow-up summary work,improving and optimizing the various critical links of the medical record discussion particularly,all these can raise the clinical thought ability of the students,and raise the teachers' teaching standard constantly.
