摘  要:英语词汇习得应该以间接学习为主、直接学习为辅,提倡在真实的语境中广泛阅读,并实现词汇附带习得。英语词汇量、语言环境、阅读任务、目标词复现率、阅读材料和目标词的注释,是在阅读中附带词汇习得的主要影响因素。This paper advocates accidental acquisition of the L2 vocabulary through reading and explores the related factors affecting IVA in terms of six aspects including vocabulary,context,reading task,word-repetition rate,reading material and word-annotation.At the end of this paper,suggestions are put forward that during the process of L2 vocabulary acquisition indirect learning should be primary and direct learning secondary,and learners should acquire vocabularies incidentally in real context through extensive reading.
