摘 要:教师质量是教育改革成败的关键所在,然而,美国现有的教师教育在准入标准、课程设置、学科结构、质量监控等方面暴露出种种问题,导致教师教育质量受到质疑。奥巴马上台后提出了"全面教育改革计划",并将提升教师质量作为改革的四大支柱之一。政府从提高职前教育机构教学质量入手,制订了教师教育质量标准体系,完善和落实了教师教育机构绩效考核制度。同时,政府为教师专业发展及教师教育机构质量的改善给予了资金支持。这些举措对我国教师教育改革具有一定的借鉴和启示意义。Quality of teachers is the key to the success of education reform.However,problems arise in many aspects of teacher education,such as: low entry criterion,courses,unbalanced discipline structure and lack of quality control and supervision,etc.As a result,quality of teacher education is questioned.Obama Administration put forward 'the Buleprint of Reform' in 2009 and regarded the improvement of teachers' quality as one of the supports to the reform.The Administration has taken some measures such as: improving teaching quality of teacher education programs,making the criterion system for teacher education quality,improving and implementing accountabilities in teacher education programs.Meanwhile,the Administration also provides funds for the professional development of teachers and the improvement of teacher education programs.These measures can be very helpful in the education reform in China.
