远程高等教育定向援助的启示和建议——以广西受援县级电大为例

摘　　要：2004年中央电大出台了远程高等教育定向援助"西部地区百所县级电大援助计划",广西先后有6所县级电大成为这项定向援助受援县级电大。中央电大"西部地区百所县级电大援助计划"这项远程高等教育定向援助工作得到了各级政府和教育部门的重视和支持,定向援助与受援县社会经济建设紧密结合,实现了援助目标。综合来看,定向援助工作主要有三点启示,即远程高等教育定向援助促进了教育公平的实现,增强了远程高等教育高校系统的生存能力,而且离不开省级教学点的重视和全力配合。The Central Radio and TV University decided to directionally assist one hundred Radio & TV universities in counties of western provinces in 2004.After that,six county-level Radio & TV universities have been aided in Guangxi.The local provincial Radio & TV universities,CPC committees,governments and bureaus of education have placed great importance on the program and provided great support to it,resulting in the well development of both directional aiding and aided county-level Radio & TV universities.In general,the directional aiding work has three main implications,namely the program has promoted the realization of educational fairness,enforced the survival abilities of distance higher education system,and cannot do without attentions and fully cooperation of the provincial teaching points.
