摘　　要：军队院校本科学历教育作为全国学历教育的一部分,由于学生来源、教学任务等方面具有的特殊性,而具有它自身的独特之处,如何提高效率,协调训练与学习的关系是军队学历教育院校一直面临的课题。本文就军队院校教师作用、课堂功能、教学实施、文化输入、学员队作用、营造英语学习环境六个方面做了初步探讨。探讨如何整合力量最终提高学员英语学习的水平。The military university bachelor degree education as a part of national education,because of the special nature of the source of students,teaching task etc.,and has unique characteristics of its own,how to improve the efficiency of training and learning,the coordination between the military education colleges,have been the topic confronted with the task.In this paper,the role of teachers in military academies,teaching,classroom function of cultural input,student team role,create English learning environment six aspects are discussed.To discuss how to integrate the power and improve the students' English learning level.
