摘　　要：元认知是对认知的认知,其实质是人对自己认知活动的自我觉察、自我评价、自我调节。任何一个领域里都存在着元认知的问题,其在学习中起着极为重要的导向和协调作用。在教学管理中充分利用元认知策略,来培养学生自主学习的能力,提高综合运用水平,使教学更加合理、有效。Metacognition is the recognition of recognition,and is the self-consciousness,self-evaluation,and self-adjustment.All the areas covers metacognition,which plays an important coorination and orientation role on learning.It is necessary to make full use of metacognitive strategies in management of learning in order to train the students’ abilities of self-learning,and to improve their level of comprehensive application,and to make the teaching more reasonable and efficient.
