摘　　要：考虑同时具有状态时滞和输入时滞的时变不确定系统的鲁棒无源控制问题,其中的不确定性满足凸多面体不确定性。通过构造一个Lyapunov-Krasovskii泛函数,基于积分不等式及线性矩阵不等式方法,获得了系统强鲁棒稳定且严格无源有记忆控制器存在的充分条件及具体的设计方法。仿真算例验证了所提方法的有效性。The robust passive control of time-varying delay systems with polytopic uncertainty is discussed.The time delays include time-varying state delay and time-varying input delay,and the uncertainty satisfying polytopic uncertainty is assumed.By constructing a Lyapunov-Krasovskii function and using integral inequalities and linear matrix inequalities,the sufficient conditions of memory state feedback strong robust stable and strictly passive controller existence and the explicit design method for time-varying delay systems with polytopic uncertainty are given.Finally,a simulation example is given to illustrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.
