摘 要:探讨基于网络环境的PBL病例软件在中医专业本科生内科教学中的应用价值。将成都中医药大学五年制本科专业2007级共计50名学生随机分为基于网络环境的PBL病例软件教学组和课堂PBL教学组,课程结束后通过学生问卷调查、自我评定以及测评考试评价教学效果。PBL病例软件教学组学生满意率、自我评定结果及病历分析考试成绩均高于课堂PBL教学组(P<0.05)。基于网络环境的PBL病例软件教学法有利于学生花费较少的时间在PBL教学中受益。To investigate the application value of PBL case software based on network environment in TCM undergraduates' teaching of internal medicine.50 five-year undergraduates of Grade 2007 of Chengdu University of TCM are randomly divided into PBL case software teaching group based on network environment and PBL classroom teaching group,after the end of the course,teaching effect is evaluated by the students' questionnaire,self evaluation and examination.PBL case software teaching group is better than PBL classroom teaching group(P<0.05) in the students' satisfaction rate,self assessment results and case analysis test.PBL case software teaching based on network environment is good for students to spend less time benefiting from PBL teaching.
