摘　　要：文章从医学生本身、社会影响因素、医疗环境、临床带教人员、临床教学模式及中医内科学目前所处的医学地位等方面,全面分析了当前本科临床教学中存在的问题,并指出这些问题直接影响到整个中医本科生临床教学发展的水平,以期对今后临床教学理念的革新工作提供参考。The author analyzes generally the problem of clinical teaching in undergraduate course at present though aspects of medical students themselves,social impact,medical environment,practice teacher,clinical teaching model,indicates the above problems will indirectly influence the development level of clinical teaching of undergraduate specialized in TCM,as a reference,for future innovation clinical teaching concepts.
