摘 要:在对大学青年教师专业伦理各个方面的调查中发现,大学青年教师在专业伦理方面有值得肯定之处,但仍有相当多的教师存在工作状态满意度有待提升,师生同事关系有待改善,自身素养有待提高,以及对师德内容认知有待厘清等问题。通过优化高校管理制度、改善工作环境,强化教育良心与责任意识、提高教学科研水平,创造良好师生及同事关系、提升集体归属感,加强教师专业伦理教育,制定具有可操作的大学教师专业伦理规范是今后强化教师专业伦理教育的有效途径。The survey that involves all aspects of some young college teachers’ professional ethics shows that there are many positive points in terms of professional ethics,but also there are some problems such as that teacher-student and colleagues relationship needs to be improved,their own literacy needs to be improved and the ethics content needs to be recognized as well.The effective ways to strengthen teachers’professional ethics education in the future are to optimize universities management system,to improve the working environment,to strengthen the education of conscience and sense of responsibility,to improve the level of teaching and researching,to create good teacher-student and colleagues relationship,to improve the collective sense of belonging,to strengthen professional ethics education for teachers and to formulate the actionable university teachers’professional ethics.
